Good Intentions

Another New Year is almost here! So, what is your intention for 2013?

An intention is not a goal, nor is it a resolution. Rather, an intention is what you want to attract and radiate in the New Year – what you want more of in your life.

For example, 2013 is my year of Prosperity. To me, prosperity means being fulfilled and successful in all I do, doing the right thing for the right reasons, showing love to everyone, and demonstrating integrity in all circumstances.

Once you have determined your intention, then come up with a structure for 2013. A structure is something tangible (that you can hold on to or look at) to remind you of your intention.

As an example, my structure for 2013 is this journal – I call it my Prosperity Journal.

Prosperity Journal

Each time I experience moments of prosperity in 2013, I will record the event in my journal as a way to remember.

So, what is your intention for 2013? And what is your structure that will remind you of your intention? I look forward to hearing from you!

Here’s to a Prosperous New Year!
